FLORA MAIOR: Roman Colossal Pastiche Statue in 4K UHD

• FLORA MAIOR [Flora Major or Maggiore]:
A Colossal Roman statue in Pentelic marble representing
'..a female deity wearing a light, sleeveless chiton and a short loose cloak that slips off her shoulder. The identification of the statue as Flora is due to the 16th century restoration by Guglielmo della Porta.' [Desc Txt ©MANN].
This statue was discovered headless, with the right arm detached, at the end of the 15th | beginning of the 16th c. AD in the Baths of Caracalla [Rome, https://www.turismoroma.it/en/places/baths-caracalla ].
It underwent the 1st restoration in the 16th c. AD [marble head crowned with flowers and a garland in her left hand were added], and a 2nd restoration at the end of the 18th c. AD [the head was remade in plaster and the garland replaced with a bouquet of flowers].
A Roman recreation based on Greek model[s] of the 5th cent. BC [Aphrodite],
Dated to the mid-2nd c. AD.
